5 Star: Cathie C "I went in for an oil change. I asked Ken to check out a noise I was hearing under the car. He spent at least 45 minutes checking the problem and taking the car for a test run. Found out it was a problem with a bearing which was supposedly fixed by another place after a minor accident. I would have had Ken do the work, but this other place needed to fix the problem with no charge. Ken did not even charge me for all that time he spent figuring out the problem! I love that guy!
