I don't know if it was due to the mediocre service that I've received in the past or these guys had a really professional approach but they managed to far exceed my expectations in terms of quality and customer care. I ended up paying a little more than I usually do but it was definitely worth it."

I had a defective brake caliper that Ken researched and got me credit from Napa on. I would never have known and he could have just passed the fee on to me but he caught it and made it right. Having him fix a seat belt for me now and I am expecting everything to go smooth. They do everything from wheel bearings to over hauls. Thanks Ken for taking care of my car!"
